Refund policy
To make your shopping experience as trouble free as possible KURLAND'S DISCOUNT WATERBEDS offers a 30 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY with NO RESTOCKING FEES! The item must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Our water mattresses are shipped vacuum packed. This vacuum must be intact, with no water having been put in mattress.
Return Process
In the event of a return, you must contact KURLAND'S DISCOUNT WATERBEDS and obtain a Return Authorization number with an Address to send returns. You are responsible for the return shipping charge. Please purchase tracking when you send your product back. You will be responsible in the event of a lost or damaged package. We ask that you send your package to us by UPS or FEDEX - If you select to use the post office, you must purchase delivery confirmation. Purchase enough insurance to cover the value of your return. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
Non Returnable Products
The following items are non returnable:
- Any Item That Has Been Used
- Filled Water Mattress
- Blue Magic Chemicals/Conditioners
- Blue Magic Parts
- Blue Magic Kits
- Special Orders
- All Items Categorized As “ART”
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Warranty Returns
All of the hardside and softside waterbeds have individual warranties. If you feel you have a warranty claim, please contact a KURLAND’S DISCOUNT WATERBEDS for assistance in making your warranty claim.
NO Refunds (Exchanges Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned product.
If you are approved, then your request for exchange will be processed, and a credit will be applied to you, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an approval for your returned product yet, first check your email again.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your exchange approval yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
